Teaching in the Middle East

Build your teaching career in the Middle East with confidence

Personalized guidance for teaching success in the Middle East

At SA Recruitment, we support teachers and schools across the Middle East, offering a clear and well-guided recruitment process.

With over 20 years of experience, we have built long-standing relationships with schools across the region, some spanning more than a decade.

Our approach is personal and hands-on, ensuring you are supported at every stage, from securing a role through to settling into your new school. Many of our teachers come to us through referrals, which speaks to the level of trust we have built over time.

How it works

Send Your CV

Send your CV through to info@sa-recruitment.com If you meet the requirements of our vacancies, we will add you to the database and our team will be in touch.

Interview

If a school shortlists your CV and wishes to offer an interview, a consultant will contact you. We will organise, prep and facilitate this process and give feedback after interview.

Contract

If your interview is successful, contracts will be sent and we will go through this with you to ensure you are fully aware of all the relevant details. Signed contracts are then sent to the school and supporting documents are then submitted.

Documents

It is essential to gather and process the correct documents as these are needed for your visa. We will support, assist and advise throughout this authentication process as each region is slightly different with slightly different requirements.

Visa & Flights

Once your documents have been authenticated schools are sent copies and they will use these documents to obtain the necessary work visa and then flights can be booked.

Why teach in the Middle East?

Teaching in the Middle East offers a unique combination of professional growth and financial stability. Many of our teachers are able to gain valuable international experience while also saving, something that can be difficult to achieve elsewhere.

Schools are generally well-resourced and structured, with clear expectations and strong support systems in place. Outside of the classroom, you will find vibrant expat communities and the opportunity to experience a completely different way of life.

It is also important to understand that relocating comes with an adjustment period. Each country and school is different, and having the right expectations from the start makes a significant difference. This is where our guidance and experience really supports you.

Building futures, one placement at a time

Hi Nicole. There has been a lot of settling in and adapting to a new school done this week, but I have to say that I am happy. It is great to be back in the Middle East and the classroom after the break I had. Once again, I would like to thank you for your assistance throughout the process.
