Established in 2004, SA-Recruitment has been placing South African teachers into international schools across the Middle East and Australia.
With a base in South Africa, we have a direct understanding of the teachers we represent, their qualifications, classroom experience and readiness to relocate. This allows us to present schools with candidates who are aligned to the roles they are hired for and prepared for the realities of working abroad.

Nicole Miller
Education Manager
Nicole joined SA-Recruitment in 2012 and brings a strong background in both education recruitment and HR.
As a Senior Recruiter, she supports schools in securing high-quality teachers for international roles and works closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial application through to placement.
Irene Toerien
Chief Operations Manager
Irene has an education background, having worked as a teacher in South Africa and abroad before moving into recruitment.
With over two decades of experience in international education recruitment, she brings operational expertise and a deep understanding of large scale recruitment campaigns and school requirements.
Salah ElBaba
Managing Director
Salah began his career in recruitment in the 1990s and has extensive experience building and leading international recruitment businesses.
After relocating to South Africa in 2004, he established and supported recruitment and technology ventures across multiple markets. He continues to oversee the strategic direction of SA-Recruitment.
