Established in 2004, SA-Recruitment has been placing teachers into schools, colleges and universities across the Middle East, Far East and the UK. Our founders have run international recruitment businesses in the UK, South Africa and Middle East for over two decades and have a wealth of experience and knowledge to offer both clients and teachers. The company offers a range of services within the recruitment space; from campaign management and roll-out, to individual placements and through to executive search and selection.

As a company we focus on quality over quantity and are proud of the fact that the majority of our clients have been with us for many years and that 75% of the teachers we place come from personal referrals from teachers we have worked with in the past.We understand that teaching in a new school in a new country comes with its own unique set of challenges and apply this knowledge to our vetting process. This also enables us to support teachers throughout the recruitment life cycle; from interview right through to their first crucial months in their new position. Now more than ever, every recruitment opportunity needs to be utilised to its full potential. We understand that for our clients recruitment is a vital, but sometimes costly exercise, and offer a range of services and solutions to suit the requirements of each individual client.
