If you wish to come to South Africa to personally interview candidates we will arrange an advertising campaign to maximise your vacancies and draw more candidates. The usual screening process and short-listing will be done by our recruiters with an interview schedule set up prior to your arrival.

We will arrange an appropriate hotel or conference centre for one of your representatives to conduct these interviews.

A representative from our organization will be sent to facilitate the process at the venue and to prepare the candidates before and after the interview

Once you have returned to your home country, we will continue to facilitate the process by presenting and negotiating offers, we will provide candidates with feedback and support candidates until arriving at their place of work

With our local knowledge and experience, we can ensure that the interview schedule runs smoothly, ensuring candidates are where they should be thereby allowing interviewers to focus on the interviews. We also support the successful candidates through offer, acceptance and final preparation for their departure.
